GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

LACs will be sent only if the order is enclosed with the copy of the prescription issued by the Oculist or optician-optometrist.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY

GE.PA. Mainly deals with contact lens, eyeglasses and sunglasses, and optical and electronic devices manages an on-line dispatch service for the distribution of industrial contact lenses, lens cleaning products and cosmetic products with its accessories.

3. STIPULATION OF A CONTRACT

By sending the order confirmation of the order, the customer signs a contract and accepts the general conditions of sale. The customer will receive a written confirmation of their purchase order by e-mail. By stipulating the contract, the customer confirms to order only industrial contact lenses that have previously been correctly adapted by a specialist (ophthalmologist or ophthalmologist) and have been worn without any tolerable problem.
It is not possible to make an adaptation of contact lenses through internet. With your purchase order, the customer also confirms that they are of age and regularly go to their ophthalmologist for eye examination (at least once every 6 months). Cleaning and maintenance of contact lenses should be done following the instructions of your optician or optical specialist and observing product information. Always observe the recommended time of use and the contact lens expiration date. In case of eye irritation, worsening of vision or redness, remove contact lenses and contact an ophthalmologist. It is recommended not to use defective or damaged contact lenses.

4. PRICES

The prices on the website are valid with the addition of the amount for the shipping costs. All prices are indicated in Euro and are understood to include VAT. The prices quoted refer to packs of contact lenses with the same parameters and the same color. Subject to price changes.

5. PAYMENT / DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Once the sales contract has been concluded, payment can be made via Bank Transfer, Checkout, Credit Card, Paypal. At the time of delivery, the customer is required to verify the integrity of the parcel. In the event of visible damage to the packaging, the customer must refuse delivery by the carrier and return it to the sender. Planetottica.it can not guarantee that the delivery dates are met, as it can not in any way affect the delivery delays due to the manufacturer and / or the shipping company or for reasons of force majeure. Delivery delays are therefore not a reason to withdraw from the contract. Returns of merchandise that could not be delivered due to a mistake not made by us will be returned to the recipient only after payment of the additional shipping costs. 6. RIGHT OF REPLACEMENT AND RETURN

The customer has 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to replace or return the goods received. This right applies to return shipping with original packaging intact and suitable for product resale.
